This week we’re bringing back the Pilates pole, alongside hand weights and blocks!

The pole is a wonderful proprioceptive tool, helping us develop greater awareness of where our body is in space. We’ll use it in both Beginner and Empower to explore alignment, core engagement and that all-important brain–body connection.

🔥 EMPOWER: If you’re looking to build more strength and capacity through your obliques (side body), I highly recommend joining us this week!

🤎 BEGINNER: A wonderful opportunity to start a conversation with your body. Whether you’re new to Pilates, a regular gym-goer or an everyday walker, these classes will elevate the way you move.

Mat pilates is going Live this Thursday - 6am

If you’ve been curious about joining a class but getting to class doesn’t fit your morning, this one’s for you. You’ll join my usual Mat Pilates class in real time from wherever you are. Same class, same energy, with me guiding you through every move.

This week I’ve designed the class so you don’t need any props. If you have ankle weights or 1–2 kg hand weights, you’re welcome to use them, but they’re completely optional.

Pilates @ Maffco ✨💪🏻🌮

I’m really excited to be bringing Pilates to Maffco for three Thursday evening sessions this October and November.

These Mat Pilates classes will be beginner–intermediate, with options offered throughout so you can work at your own level. Expect purposeful movement, whole-body strength, mobility, coordination and plenty of the little details that help you feel more connected to what you’re doing.
